Positive: Staff was very nice, but cleanliness of lobby & room were a little grimy given the price. Did not use pool or other facilities.
Negative: Room was a bit dirty; lots of crumbs and food residue on the floor and surfaces. Had to walk around with shoes because various things kept getting stuck to my socks and feet. I chose this hotel because it is was the only one in Colorado Springs that didn't appear to have a roach problem. And thankfully this hotel did not have bugs that I saw.

Positive: Good breakfast. Fitness room was well-equipped.
Negative: I asked for two rooms and the listing I received said “Bedroom 1: queen bed. Bedroom 2: queen bed”. I was specifically asking for and expecting separate bedrooms. The name “Home2Suites” led me to believe this was a normal type of arrangement. What I got was a single room with two queen beds. When we checked in we were informed that no such type of suite existed at their facility. Fortunately it was only one night and so we were able to deal with the awkwardness and just get over it, but it made for a less than relaxed stay.
